Our refund policy is simple. We don’t charge any additional fees to return unwanted ammo. If you have ammunition in your account, just hit the “Return” button to receive an immediate account credit for that ammo which can be used toward your next ammo purchase. If you would like that money added back to your card, we can do that as well if the purchase is within 90 days of the return. If your purchase is older than 90 days we can issue a physical check for the amount of your returned ammo. Please contact customer service and we’d be happy to help you with either of those options.
Due to safety concerns we cannot accept returns of ammunition that has left our warehouse.
