Refund & Return Policy

We strive to make your experience with AmmoSquared as smooth and fair as possible. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:

Returning Ammo to Your Account

If you have unwanted ammo stored in your account, you can easily return it by clicking the “Return” button. This will immediately credit your AmmoSquared account with the value of the returned ammo, which you can use toward future purchases.

If you prefer a monetary refund instead of account credit:

  • Within 90 days of purchase, we can refund the value to your original payment card.
  • After 90 days, we can issue a physical check, minus a $5 check processing fee. Please contact customer service at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.

Return Fee Policy

IMPORTANT: There is a 5% restocking fee on all returned ammo after 30 days. This fee is waived if the return is made within 30 days of signing up.

Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your AmmoSquared account, the balance will be credited to your account, but it will not be automatically refunded. Please reach out to request a refund, and we will be happy to process it under the guidelines above.

Safety Policy

Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of ammunition that has physically left our warehouse.

A Note About Chargebacks

Please do not file a chargeback with your credit card company to resolve a payment issue. This harms our standing with payment processors and increases costs for everyone. We are committed to working with you. Just contact us first, and we’ll work with you.
