ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of the United States. See applicable rules and restrictions.
• Have an existing AmmoSquared account or create a free account
• Receive the AmmoSquared promotional email and complete the entry instructions between July 15 and August 15, 2026
• Be legally permitted to possess and receive ammunition

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

AmmoSquared employees, contractors, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

Eligible recipients must:

• Open the official Summer of Freedom Giveaway email sent by AmmoSquared
• Click the giveaway entry link contained in the email
• Sign in to an existing AmmoSquared account or create a free AmmoSquared account
• Complete and submit the giveaway entry form before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 15, 2026

The email address used to enter must match the email address that received the promotional email or be associated with the entrant’s AmmoSquared account.

Limit one entry per person, email address, AmmoSquared account, and household during the giveaway period.

Forwarded, copied, shared, automated, or otherwise unauthorized entry links do not guarantee eligibility. AmmoSquared may verify that the entrant was an intended recipient of the promotional email.

An AmmoSquared account, deposit, purchase, AutoBuy activation, or account funding is not required to enter. Creating a free account solely for entry does not require a purchase.

Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the deadline, or cannot be verified may be declared void.

DISQUALIFICATION AND VIOLATIONS

Entries may be declared void if:

• More than one entry or account is submitted by the same person or household
• False, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided
• Automated entry methods, bots, or other unauthorized methods are used
• The entrant violates AmmoSquared’s Terms of Service
• Promotional abuse, fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity is detected
• The entrant is located outside the eligible geographic area
• The entrant is not legally permitted to possess or receive ammunition
• The entry link was obtained or used through an unauthorized method

AmmoSquared reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and disqualify any entrant who interferes with the fair administration of the giveaway.

WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION

• Winners will be selected through a random drawing after August 15, 2026
• Potential winners must respond and complete eligibility verification within 14 days of notification
• Potential winners may be required to provide identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release
• AmmoSquared may verify that a potential winner is legally eligible to possess and receive ammunition
• A prize will be forfeited if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, provides inaccurate information, or does not meet the eligibility requirements
• An alternate winner may be selected if a prize is forfeited

Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

PRIZE AND AMMUNITION CREDITS

Prizes will be awarded as ammunition credits deposited into each winner’s AmmoSquared account.

Credits:

• May only be used for eligible ammunition available through AmmoSquared
• Are subject to AmmoSquared’s account, shipping, and ammunition availability terms

The winner must be legally eligible to possess and receive any ammunition selected using the prize credits.

SHIPPING AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Ammunition may only be shipped where permitted by federal, state, and local law.

• Winners must comply with all applicable ammunition possession, purchase, and delivery requirements
• Shipping availability and requirements are determined by the winner’s location
• Additional documentation or delivery procedures may be required in certain jurisdictions
• AmmoSquared may restrict the use of prize credits for ammunition that cannot legally be shipped to the winner
• Winners are responsible for reviewing AmmoSquared’s current shipping rules and restrictions before requesting delivery

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

LIABILITY AND ADDITIONAL TERMS

• AmmoSquared is not responsible for incorrect contact information, failed communications, technical errors, interrupted entries, or unauthorized account activity
• AmmoSquared is not responsible for prizes or ammunition that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after shipment, except where required by law
• Winners accept responsibility for the lawful possession, storage, handling, and use of ammunition obtained with prize credits
• Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes
• AmmoSquared reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity or administration of the promotion
• All entries remain subject to AmmoSquared’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and shipping rules
