ELIGIBILITY
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid AmmoSquared account holder or new member
- Completed qualifying action (deposit/purchase) July 15–August 15, 2026
- Resident of the United States (excluding HI, NY)
- Not an AmmoSquared employee, contractor, or immediate family member
DISQUALIFICATION & VIOLATIONS
Entries will be VOID if:
- Multiple accounts created by same person/household
- False or fraudulent information provided
- Qualifying action(s) reversed, refunded, or charged back
- Account has outstanding balance or payment disputes
- Entry made from restricted state or outside US
- Violation of AmmoSquared Terms of Service
- Promotional code or bonus abuse detected
- Account flagged for suspicious activity
WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION
- Winners selected by random drawing after August 15, 2026
- Winner verification required within 14 days of notification
- AmmoSquared reserves right to conduct background checks
- Prize forfeited if winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible
- Winners may be required to sign affidavit of eligibility
- No prize substitution, transfer, or cash value
AMMUNITION RESTRICTIONS
- Prize ammunition shipped per federal and state regulations
- Winner responsible for all state/local compliance costs
- Prize may be restricted or substituted in prohibited states
- Ammunition cannot be transferred, sold, or traded
