We only stock high-quality, factory-new (not reloaded) ammunition from brands we trust, like PMC, Fiocchi, Federal, Remington, Winchester, Speer, Magtech, Wolf, Aguila, and others. When ammo is shipped, it will include a balanced variety of brands and loadings. All ammunition will be brass-cased, with very few exceptions .

AmmoSquared isn't built to always match the single lowest advertised price online. Price comparison sites often include loss leaders, temporary sale prices, limited-quantity promos, and “low price + high shipping” listings that aren't representative of what most people actually pay, especially once you factor in shipping. AmmoSquared aims for competitive, stable, sustainable pricing across the broader market. Once you factor in the benefits of getting your ammo from AmmoSquared (e.g. buy ammo automatically on your schedule and budget, store it in our climate-controlled facilities for free, available free shipping, etc.), you're getting a lot of value for the price you pay.

Our price chart is based on real daily retail transactions across thousands of retailers. In other words, it's built from what people actually paid, not just what a retailer listed online. Our price chart is meant to be a helpful market snapshot, but that doesn't mean you'll never find a one-off deal below the “low.”

We do want to know about meaningful discrepancies. If you find a regular price online that looks truly comparable and lower, email us with the link (and ideally a screenshot of the price plus shipping). We review these to make sure our pricing is fair and that our data processing is accurate.
